Lifelong Learning Centre Dipoli (of Helsinki Univeristy of Technology) and HCI Productions Oy implement a wide training project for Rautaruukki. Rautaruukki is a Finnish multibillion company which supplies metal-based components, systems and integrated systems to the construction and engineering industries. The company has a wide selection of metal products and services. The Corporation uses the marketing name Ruukki.

The training programme covers more than ten European countries. Dipoli is responsible for the provision of the training courses – HCI Productions Oy is implementing for Ruukki Construction an Electronic Performance Support System of project management.

In the Electronic Performance Support System to the same view for the user are presented the information they need in their work, the eLearning they need in their work as well as the tools they need in their work. Also the EPSS in undertaken in more than ten languages and it is a part of the intranet of Rautaruukki.
