Customer Training Using Technology-Based Training (TBT)

This article has been used as background material for distance learning seminars held in the United States during 1995 - 1997. The article presents the concept of information and learning resource centres at the workplace - the premise being the collection of all information and training material needed for working into a single station in the workplace.

We also developed the aforementioned concept in cooperation with KONE Elevators, and Ari-Matti Auvinen participated as a consultant for the company in the development of this operational model.
